Ameravia announce new Aircraft End of Life process that will gurantee 100% material recovery capability based on independent verification using its patented process technology;
R1 Rendering Process - unlike traditional parting out operations, Ameravia are now in a position to completely render any aircraft through its facility.
R2 Rotables - In keeping with its traditional business model, Ameravia will partout those elements that have a commercial value and place them into the MRO supply chain once the parts have been certified for release.
R3 Repairs & Renewals - In keeping with its traditional business, Ameravia are in a position to leverage the R5 Methodology to empower the repairs & renewals for existing clients and can provide flexible MRO capabilities for certain platforms under the existing Part 145 certification.
R4 Recyclates - Anything that has a value as a recyclate will be processed through the facility and will be presented as virgin substitute materials that can be independently certified through accredited laboratories.
R5 Refuse Derived Fuel - If it has no value as a recyclate, or is not sent back out as a certified part, the Ameravia R5 Methdology process will convert it into Refuse Derived Fuel RDF and use it for energy to power the R4 Facility with excess power sold into the national grid through a Power Purchase Agreement.
